У скайп кинули посилання на ролик до однієї гри. Ролик короткий, судити про гру по ньому складно, та й мова зараз не про неї. Фоном в ньому грала дуже гарна і дуже знайома мелодія. Прислухавшись, зрозумів що схожа вона на "White Dove" групи Scorpions. Схожа, але не вона.
У коментарях до ролика з'ясувалося, що, виявляється, це пісня "Gyöngyhajú lány" ("Дівчина з перловим волоссям") угорської групи Omega. Пісня була написана в 1968 році, а в 1969 році була записана й увійшла в альбом "10 000 lépés" ("10 000 кроків").

Пізніше, в 1973 році, вийшли англійська та німецька версії пісні.

Пісня заслужено стала популярною і, в подальшому, в різний час, в різних країнах і на різних мовах, з'являлися її кавер-версії: польска "Dziewczyna o perłowych włosach" групи Kult, чеська "Dívka s perlami ve vlasech" Алеша Брихта, сербська "Devojka Biserne Kose" групи Griva, болгарська "Батальонът се строява" дуета "Южен Вятър", літовська "Meiles Nera" театральної трупи "Keistuoliu Teatras", немецька "Schreib es mir in den Sand" Франка Шебеля.
Ну і нарешті, в 1994 році, німецький гурт Scorpions випустила сингл "White Dove". Варто відзначити, що Scorpions взяли з оригіналу лише мотив, тексти цих двох пісень абсолютно різні.

Пісню для синглу група записала буквально за тиждень. Вона була покликана звернути увагу на трагедію, що розгорнулася в той час в Африці. Сингл Scorpions був благодійним, виручку від його продажу передали біженцям з Руанди.
